Of course, you can not shut down GetResources,While opening a new IE window,This GetResources also extract those resources, But the workload will increase ,those resources is more.

If you feel too many resouces,You can shut down GetResources,Re-opened,So the GetResources will be automatically cleared to be extracted files.There will not be too many resources to easy extract!

The software has a preview function,You can extract the satisfaction resources,The preservation is three ways,save to desktop, save as, and save all......Note: when save to desktop, If you save the same format file, You must change the filename! Otherwise, the new resource will cover the old resource!
